Really good Stay Experience
great service spacious grounds convenient shuttle
The staff offered great service. I appreciated the spacious grounds around the hotel. The complimentary shuttle to the town center was very convenient. I found it easy to explore without any stress due to this service.
The lighting in the villa was a little dim at night. Walking around required extra caution because of this issue.

The main pool is large. I could relax on daybeds with cocktails and refreshing cool water. The grounds boast lush green grass and fine gardens. The rice paddies were very vibrant too.

gritty floors inattentive staff
the resort grounds were acceptable , but not really good.
I was annoyed with the overall cleanliness , it was subpar. the floors felt gritty , and there was dust in several spots. additionally, the service at breakfast was slow . I often had to wait an unacceptable amount of time for simple requests , and staff seemed generally inattentive. these issues , while not major , significantly detracted from the experience , given the price paid.

colourful food beautiful grounds
The villa was beautiful. The food was colourful. They offer experiences. I enjoyed the breakfast basket in the pool. The staff was amazing. The room was nice. It seemed that not too many people were staying there. The grounds were beautiful.
The villa doors do not lock properly. The doors open to the garden area. It is just a sliding piece of wood. The door can be opened from the outside.
